1. Jewelry Maintenance Guidelines

Dear customer, thank you for choosing our jewelry! In order to make your jewelry last longer, please accept this thoughtful maintenance guide:

1. Different materials, different care

(1) Gold/Rose Gold/Platinum

❌ Stay away from chemicals: Wear after makeup and perfume, and avoid contact with mercury (thermometer) and bleach.

Note on soft materials: 24K gold is easy to deform, it is recommended to take it off when exercising or doing housework.

(2) Silver jewelry

⚡ Anti-oxidation secret: Keep it sealed when not wearing it. If it turns black, you can use a silver cloth or toothpaste to gently rub it to restore its luster.

Avoid sulfur hot springs: Be sure to remove it before bathing to prevent rapid oxidation and blackening.

(3) Pearl/Coral/Amber (organic gemstone)

Afraid of dryness and sun exposure: Avoid exposure to the sun and high temperature. Wipe sweat stains with a soft cloth after wearing.

Water-repellent and crack-proof: Do not soak it for cleaning. Take it off before swimming or bathing.

(4) Diamond/gemstone inlay models

Regular inspection: Check the claw setting every month to see if it is loose to prevent the gemstone from falling off.

✨ Cleaning tips: Use warm water + neutral detergent and a soft brush to clean. Ultrasonic cleaning is limited to gemstones with high hardness (such as diamonds, rubies and sapphires).

2. "Four Don'ts" for daily wear

Don't wear it to sleep: avoid deformation or entanglement of hair.

Don't mix jewelry: pack it separately in flannel bags to prevent scratches.

Don't contact oil stains: take it off when cooking or cleaning, and oil smoke can easily penetrate into the gaps.

Don't pull violently: Gently open and close parts such as necklace buckles and ear needles.

3. First aid tips

Silver jewelry turns black: Soak in tin foil + salt + hot water for 5 minutes, and it will be bright and white in seconds!

K gold is dull: Soak in diluted soapy water for 10 minutes, and gently brush the gaps with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

Jewelry knots: Add a drop of baby oil and carefully untie it with a toothpick.

4. Storage Guide

Dry and away from light: Keep away from bathrooms and windows. Use sealed bags + desiccant.

Fixed form: Buckle the necklace and place it flat. Put the ring upright to avoid squeezing.
